Biloh started as the in-house operating system for a facility maintenance business. The team needed to run jobs, dispatch contractors, and bill customers from a phone — not a desk. The tools that existed in the market were either built for desk-bound office staff or built for one trade at a time. So they built their own.
What started as a single-tenant tool is now the Biloh platform: a multi-tenant operating system designed for any service business that lives on a phone. MCP-first from the ground up so the AI assistant you already use can actually run your business — not just chat about it.
