Terms of Service
Last updated 15 May 2026. By using Biloh you agree to these terms.
These terms govern your use of the Biloh platform and the marketing site at biloh.com.au. They are a plain-English summary intended to be readable. Where these terms appear to conflict with Australian Consumer Law or any non-excludable statutory rights you may have, those rights prevail.
1. Your account
You may create a Biloh account if you are at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the actions taken inside your tenant. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised access so we can secure the account.
2. Subscription and billing
Biloh is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the tier you select. Tier feature sets are described on the pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not refund the unused portion of a month or year unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Your data
Data you enter into Biloh remains yours. We hold and process it on your behalf to deliver the services. We do not sell your data. We do not use your operational data to train AI models without explicit consent. On cancellation, you may export your data; we retain a copy for the period legally required for tax and audit purposes, then delete it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Biloh to break the law, defraud customers, send spam, or compromise the platform's integrity (scraping, attempting to bypass tenant isolation, attempting to overload the API). We may suspend an account on credible reports of these behaviours. We will tell you why and give you a path to appeal.
5. Availability
Biloh runs on commercial cloud infrastructure (Vercel + Supabase Sydney). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Unplanned incidents are communicated as they occur and post-mortemed publicly.
6. Liability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Biloh's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is capped at the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any non-excludable warranty or guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be heard in the courts of New South Wales.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to the account owner and at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
